• Aggressively represent client’s interests on vendor-led integration projects to ensure Scope is delivered on time and budget • Program/Project Manage Oracle’s Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and Meter Data Management (MDM) Upgrade projects • Effectively manage diverse teams to the approved Scope, Budget, and Resource Plans • Help define but lead the following Testing Phases – SIT, UAT, Parallel, Performance, Disaster Recovery and Dress Rehearsals • Independently audit failing projects then provide tactical and realistic recovery steps
