Advanced EEO Solutions (AES) specializes in civil rights and equal employment opportunity (EEO) services for federal and private sector needs. AES provides the following EEO services: Informal Federal Counseling, Formal Federal Sector Investigations, Final Agency Decisions, Customized Hands on Training and Project Coordination services for Prime Contractors. The training courses AES provides offer service providers an opportunity to enhance certain skill sets through customized training. The founder of AES, Mr. Birckett is a Certified EEO Investigator, Counselor, and EEO Trainer with 10 years of experience. Mr. Birckett coordinates with EEO Directors and procurement specialist on a daily basis in effort to implement and facilitate the federal sector process. AES has a network of Investigators and FAD writers ranging from 15-20 professionals who are full-time subcontractors. AES chosen Investigators are attorneys have facilitated cases for multiple agencies.
