We provide nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and home health aide services. We have short-term counseling, and coordinate with numerous community resources and provide assistance to patients with obtaining these services. Our skilled nurses have training and experience in Home Health Care, including wound care and intravenous infusion. The nurses communicate frequently with patient's physicians to update the plan of care. We have 24 hours on call service, seven days a week to ensure that patients receive necessary Home Health Care at all times.
