AEC offers environmental due diligence services including Phase I ESAs and Phase II Subsurface Investigations as well as environmental remediation and UST removal oversight. Services include site delineation of petroleum, solvent, and other contaminants in soil, groundwater, vapor, and a variety of other media. AEC also provides NEPA Environmental Assessments, Hazardous Materials/Asbestos Surveys, Property Condition Assessments; Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC); and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.
