I am a US Army veteran, with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and a registered and verified Federal Contractor. I have the capability to provide all Building Consulting and Project Management services needed for any Commercial or Residential construction project, either on land or water. I can provide services to include, but not limited to: Estimating, Building Consulting, Engineering, Photo Log production including Aerial and 3D imaging, Moisture Mapping, all CAT Mitigation and Reconstruction services, to inspect and/or evaluate the project or property for any requirements needed regarding Construction or Reconstruction. I can also provide additional evaluations of specialty areas like Foundation, MEPs, Lifts (elevators) and any other specialty construction craft necessary.
