Azikeh Health Services Inc provides Skilled Nursing and Aides; Level of Care: Complex Care Provided by RN/LPN and RN Supervision of Aides, companion services to clients, who may require assistance in their own homes and communities to assist in the maintenance and retention of their independence and wellbeing. These services are responsive to the distinct needs of the client and community and, are delivered by qualified home care workers. We provide services to all individuals 18 years and older regardless to race, creed, color, gender, national origin, sexual preference, or criminal history. The agency provides services within the following geographical areas: Montgomery county, Baltimore City, Anne Arundel county, Baltimore county, Harford county, Howard county, and Prince George county. To provide an overview of services provided by the agency, which it is qualified and/or licensed to provide and ensure that client needs are met effectively.
