Base Engineering Inc. provides technical and consulting services in various branches including, but not limited to, surveying, planning, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, geotechnical, transportation, and bulk material handling engineering.In addition, Base can provide construction observation services, expert testimony, design-build services, and code enforcement services. Our Code Enforcement Department serves twenty-eight different municipalities in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon and Monroe Counties.
