Blueprint IT Consulting LLC is able to help government clients to achieve higher quality and faster product deliver by transitioning out of Waterfall and implementing business Agility. We have led hundreds of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework implementations at multiple government and commercial organizations of various sizes including one of the largest Scaled Agile transformations in the federal government. We have experience applying various Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP and Agile at Scale (SAFe) at all organizational levels. This includes developing Agile Implementation Roadmaps, establishing Lean Agile Centers of Excellence, standing up Agile/Scrum/Kanban Teams and Agile Release Trains, providing coaching and mentoring support across different organizational levels, developing Agile playbooks and role-specific guides, performing Agile assessments, and designing and developing Agile metrics.
