Its mission is to help individuals and organization develop and enhance their negotiation skills to be more successful in their relationships and transactions. BorkeWorks works with organizations and individuals to develop and improve negotiating effectiveness by providing negotiation training for groups, negotiation coaching for individuals, and other skills to improve negotiator effectiveness. Susan Borke, owner and Principal of BorkeWorks, has been teaching effective negotiating techniques to business people of every level for over 25 years. She is an attorney and media company executive with 30 years of experience in business affairs of multimedia organizations. Through BorkeWorks, she provides training and coaching to clients in commercial and not-for-profit organizations, corporations, and associations in a variety of markets.
