The mission of Building Shooters Technology LLC is to drive fundamental change in the firearms and tactical training industry. We apply cutting-edge scientific neuroscience and psychology research with operationally grounded experience to develop tactical training systems and methods that improve training efficiency and training effectiveness. Our objective is to improve resource utilization, operational performance, and long-term personal outcomes for armed professionals and law-abiding citizens. We have four primary focus areas: 1) Training design and delivery methods that improve efficiency and effectiveness. 2) Training systems that require use of the equivalent neurological and physiological requirements to real-world use of force performance. 3) Qualification systems that use measurements relevant to real-world use-of-force performance. 4) Pre-Traumatic Stress Resilience development through training design and method.
