Our primary role is to provide oversight and coordination for all aspects of a construction project from preconstruction through owner acceptance. We manage the project from the owner's perspective to ensure that it is delivered on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality possible. We view ourselves as an extension of the owner and solely represent the owner’s interest independent of the construction manager and the general contractor.
