Casanova Powell Consulting LLC (CPC) is an independent traffic safety consulting firm. With over 20 years of research experience in the field of road safety. CPC’s main fields of experience are impaired driving, distracted driving, younger drivers, speed, pedestrian and bike safety, wildlife roadside safety, automated vehicles, traffic enforcement issues and risky driving behaviors. CPC services include traffic safety program design and implementation, evaluation and research. These services include but are not limited to the development of national and statewide awareness survey instruments; roadside survey design, implementation and training; and assistance with SHSO annual reports and highway safety plans. CPC also provides traffic safety education and training for private, non-profit, state and municipal agencies.
