Constant Solutions is a Joint Venture (JV) formed by two woman-owned businesses: Constant and Associates, Inc. (JV Managing Partner) and Eagle Hill Consulting, LLC (JV Partner). Constant Solutions leverages the disaster and crisis management experience of CONSTANT and the management consulting and training experience of Eagle Hill to offer a unique and innovative combination of skills and experience, supported by a deep understanding of our clients’ missions. We have experience providing program management and human capital and training solutions to Federal agencies including Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Department of Defense (DOD), and expertise in supporting state and local jurisdictions, including California, Oregon, Hawaii, Nevada, North Carolina, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
