Special Needs Transportation

This includes establishments primarily engaged in providing special needs transportation (except to and from school or work) for the disabled or elderly. These establishments may use specially equipped vehicles to provide passenger transportation.

Couriers and Express Delivery Services

These parcels can include goods and documents, but the express delivery services are not part of the normal mail service.
