Shortly after formation, the company bid for and won a General Services Administration contract to provide technical support to the Federal Data Processing Center in Huntsville, AL (at the time, one of the largest contracts ever awarded by the federal government under the Small Business Act). By 1978, DPA had successfully graduated from the 8(a) program and established itself as a trusted and skilled contractor/subcontractor that was known for excellent customer service and top-flight execution.

Special Details

The Company soon found itself at the beginning of three decades of support efforts on the NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center Shuttle Project providing cost modeling, professional analysis, software development and configuration management and other related services. The company’s relationship with NASA continues to this day as DPA recently completed the Transition and Retirement Support Services MSFC contract and presently provides configuration management and related services to MSFC: a true testament to the Company’s longevity and continued ability to meet the evolving needs of our clients.DPA presently supports the program needs of government and commercial clients by achieving superior results in six major service areas: Program/Project Management; Engineering/Technical Services; Logistics; Records, Data and Configuration Management; Project Closeout; and Information Technology Services.
