Our mission is to put an end to discriminatory housing and poor living conditions for economically disadvantaged minorities in Sumter and surrounding cities, eventually impacting SC as a whole, by helping them afford housing through rental properties, keep their homes through financing programs, and achieve their homeownership dreams through rent to own financing, all based off of income, background, and their willingness to succeed!
