Del Sur SDAC JV is a joint venture between Del Sur Services, Inc., an SBA 8(a)-certified small, disadvantaged, Hispanic-owned general and mechanical contractor and SDAC, an SBA 8(a)-graduated, SDVOSB, HUBZone, MBE/DBE (Ala. and Fla.), ISO 9001:2008 QMS, disadvantaged, Black-owned general/mechanical contractor and facilities support company. Del Sur Services and SDAC's strategic alliance provides federal government customers with an 8(a) team experienced in delivering facility management, maintenance, construction, investment and support to more than 14.5 million square feet in over 140 Federal Government buildings and structures. In addition, JV partner SDAC is on GSA's BMO SB Zones 1-6 MA IDIQ, GSA's 03FAC Schedule and it holds TS FCL with Secret and TS-cleared personnel.
