In existence since 1978, DFI has over 150 professional construction project managers and inspectors; civil/transportation/environmental engineers; planners; surveyors; certified technicians; and support staff that are intimately involved in providing services in areas of highways, developments, bridges, structural facilities, parks, environmental facilities, survey, utilities, water and wastewater facilities. We work with clients & projects throughout the MD/DE/ DC/VA Mid-Atlantic region: Federal, state and local agencies, regional authorities & commissions, county and municipal governments, A/E/C teaming partners, private associations, developers and contractors. DFI is headquartered in Millersville, MD with offices employees working full time in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Cecil, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Prince Georgeโs, and Washington Counties
