The business rules-based systems we build can be deployed locally or over the Internet. Dulcian has developed both the methodologies and the tools to create systems that meet current user requirements as well as being flexible enough to handle future changes to the systems we build. Dulcian builds Oracle systems for client/server and Web environments.
