By being part of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and working with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), we have access to a vast network of resources, industry expertise, and ongoing training programs. This enables us to be well prepared for a vast majority of different projects. Since our employees are union and paid over the Davis Bacon Act scale, this allows us to hire more quality employees that results in better work performance. E-Tech is a minority company that provides electrical services for large projects with a smaller overhead than the larger electrical competitors. We believe being union members and my electrical expertise gives us an advantage on obtaining bigger projects.
