EDM Intelligent Solutions (EDMIS) is a manufacturing and 3D metrology company. Over the last 25 years, we have become a trusted partner to a multitude of industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Communications, Defense, Medical and Scientific customers. The Manufacturing Services group at EDMIS produces high-quality products with fine details and tolerances as tight as 1 micron using CNC Machining, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, EDM Hole Drilling, Precision Milling and Laser Ablation. Our 3D Metrology Systems group offers automated dimensional metrology and surface roughness measurement solutions including industrial 5-Axis CNC 3D metrology centers and 6-Axis robotic metrology systems for engineering process development and automated quality monitoring of manufacturing. The 3D Metrology Services group at EDMIS provides non-contact 3D dimensional inspection services including 3D measurement of form, surface roughness, GD&T and comparison to nominal CAD models.
