The Efficiency Group provides process improvement consulting and support to government organizations and the private sector. We use Lean Six Sigma (LSS) techniques in a modernized, commonsense manner to help organizations improve efficiency and performance. We provide proprietary LSS training to help organizations train staff so they can use LSS tools and techniques in their everyday work. We assist organizations seeking to improve their structures, analyze their current and future workforce needs, and align staff training with process needs. We model how new or 'modernized' systems are best utilized within an organization in support of system requirements, and can support implementation of workflow, process automation, and machine learning tools. And, we support development of organizational policies and procedures that accurately align to process requirements, as well as process training materials in support of process implementation and organizational change management.
