We offer a complete line of professional mineral & petroleum land services, including Lease and Mineral Take-Offs, Lease Acquisitions, Abstracts, Title Curative, Pipe Line Right-of-Ways, 3-D Seismic Permitting, Due Diligence, Unitization Projects, Land for Production Facilities, Cured Defects in Titles, Assist in the Preparation and Ratifications of Unit Operating Agreements & Unit Agreements. We use an integrated land, mapping & ownership software program to generate all of our leasing reports. We maintain AFE costs & generate 1099 forms. We generate state-of-the-art maps through our proprietary Mapping System, (uses ESRI ArcGIS software). All information is held in confidence & will not be revealed to people outside of our company, except as agreed to by our clients. We are experienced in dealing with State & Federal Agencies. We have an excellent working relationship with BLM & MMS, & can expeditiously acquire accurate information on state & federal leases & mineral interests.
