We target the most vulnerable in our society namely children aging out of foster care, special needs students, juvenile offenders, survivors of human trafficking, and children experiencing homelessness. We research, coordinate, and connect our clients to community resources that offer benefits to aid in their transition to a better environment.

Our Consulting Services focus on connecting clients and their families to benefits or community programs that will support them throughout the transition process and after. By placing the client and their family at the center of the process, we create a comprehensive network of community resources that maximizes the possibility of a positive outcome. Clients who receive our services work with a transition coach to develop a plan that changes according to the needs of the client, their age, and their goals.
