Special Details
1) Surface mount electronics production line for modern ball grid array and other fine pitch/blind lead components. Equipment includes stencil printer, pick and place machine, reflow oven, selective soldering, and automated cleaning. Other equipment is used for conformal coating, X-ray inspection, automated optical inspection, and infrared rework. 2) In-house assets include environmental stress screening equipment for thermal, vibration, limited shock, and pre-compliance EMI. 3) Engineering equipment and software for mechanical design, PCB layout, and 3D environmental modeling.
