Construction Management - being present onsite while work is taking place to observe/supervise. Report daily activities to the General/Prime Contractor. Help to ensure materials are arriving on time. Help ensure that work is to the specifications. Assist with quality control and quality assurance. Attend meetings with clients to discuss project and provide updates. Attend progress meetings with construction team to track work and ensure project is staying on schedule. Assist General/Prime Contractor with scheduling, site supervision and quality control. Be the eyes and ears for the General/Prime Contractor through daily reports and meeting attendance. Purchase any materials needed on a project
