FWA and EBL have a long history of working together, with both engaging each other in sub-consultant roles. Together, we both have a long history of providing services to governmental agencies, most recently for the past 12 years under IDIQโ€™s for the U.S. Postal Service. FWAโ€™s extensive architecture, engineering, planning, and surveying capabilities coupled with EBLโ€™s mechanical, electrical, fire protection, code consulting and NAVFAC experience results in a very responsive and, flexible small business vehicle that can provide high-quality AE services to the Government.
