Description

Provides full range systems and software engineering services, system/subsystem architecture (DoD architecture framework artifacts) and design, systems integration, test and evaluation studies, automated testing and program management. Expertise supporting the Research Development Test and Evaluation (T&E) Community and Test Resources Management Center’s C4I and Software Intensive Systems Test technology area to advance T&E through new technologies. GBL supports Navy and other agencies in warfighter system T&E through infrastructure operations, test planning, execution, and reporting to include interoperability/net-centric (NR-KPPs), information assurance, and cyber security assessments; across a distributed live, virtual, constructive environment. GBL test tools development IAW DoD acquisition cycle. GBL has developed advanced electronic warfare capabilities for unmanned EW payloads, cognitive electronic attack, and reactive electronic attack measures.

Performs engineering, integration, and installation for the Test and Evaluation Center Collaborative Hub (TECH) Center to implement emerging test technologies within an unclassified educational setting, with a complimentary benefit of providing an immersive environment and real world content for students to learn the fundamentals of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) as well as RDT&E community retraining. Supports system and software engineering to establish, maintain and operate DoD websites, including the Test Capability Directory. Hosts the C4I and Software Intensive Systems test (C4T) Technology Insertion Environment to assess new emerging T&E technologies. Technology innovator for test and evaluation supports the Joint Mission Network Environment as well as the Test and Training Enabling Architecture (TENA) DoD initiatives.
