GROUP V LLC

Group V professionals have a long history of providing PLANNING, AND PRE-DESIGN services to the Department of Defense and the Federal Government, including the intelligence community. Planning and pre-design services are provided in accordance with UFC 2-100-01, Installation Master Planning. Services include master plans, capital improvement plans (including DD Form 1391 development), land use studies, transportation management plans, as well as many aspects of the Army’s Real Property Master Planning process (RPMP) including facilities requirements documentation, area development plans, installation design guides, real property master plans, facilities utilization studies, MILCON planning and programming, sustainability and net zero planning. Group V offers a wide range of experience with feasibility studies, site studies, facility assessment surveys, facility lifecycle studies and consolidation, business case analysis (BCA), realignment, conversion, and reuse studies.
