We are a management consulting company specializing in Sales and Engineering services. The founder spent 32 years as an executive at Hitachi specializing in products sales, product engineering and executive management. Heiser Partners brings this expertise along with a core group of contractors to solve our customers problems in the areas of test and measurement. For the first two years of the company the founder was the functional president and CEO of an engineering R&D company located in Tucson AZ. In the beginning of 2020 when that project expired, we moved into sales agreements with 2 outside companies for global sales of products sold into Government installations, and we also represent an Israeli software company selling into the high reliability PC board test market. In October 2020 we began developement of our own software product based on US DOE patented battery simulation tools.
