Founded in 2001, Horizon Engineering is a Pennsylvania self-certified women owned small business. Our capabilities cross all facets of the traditional design firm including surveying, land planning, detailed site engineering, landscape architectural design, environmental and regulatory permitting, construction layout, support and inspection, and land development facilitation. Additionally, our surveying services are an asset to the construction of highway projects, in particular bridge construction and rehabilitation.
