IRR is a female owned and operated small business with almost 25 years experience in the credit and collection industry with a strong emphasis on healthcare receivables. As a traditional 3rd Party debt collection agency we handle all aspects of the AR process from beginning to end. We are licensed, bonded and insured in NY, FL, NJ, TX, OH, but collect in all other states that do not require such regulations.

IRR remained fully functional during the pandemic as we have virtual agents, icloud solutions, data security and other network provisions in place to be PHI and HIPAA compliant. We do not actually require a physical location to service our clients.
