Inga's Lingua is a new innovative language learning company dedicated to helping individuals reach their goals of learning to communicate in a new language so that their companies thrive and their employees feel seen, heard and valued. Our mission is to help managers create environments where employees are comfortable speaking up and bringing their full-self and capabilities to solve every dilemma the company faces without fear of embarrassment for speaking differently or with an accent. Inga's Lingua has a people-centered language and cultural training approach that helps employees embrace cultural differences to create a work-environment where every employee can be the highest version of themselves. Our language and cultural training also extends to employee families and ensures relocation assignments are successful by equipping the employee's family with all the tools they need abroad, language, culture and community.
