The Co-Founders collectively have over 50 years of industry experience in charter schools and large public school systems, leading and supervising educators, specialists, coaches, and leaders across instructional content areas and grades, operations, and executive levels. Each founder brings a unique approach and lens to the work, including in-person, hybrid, and online learning, multi-tiered systems of support, social-emotional learning, curriculum, community engagement, literacy, STEM, special education and intervention, behavior analysis, performance management, and urban education.
