Ntrinsx helps you very easily deploy technology that gives people insight into the values of those they care about (e.g., co-workers). We focus on temperament, not personality, which is a more reliable predictor of behavior. The idea is to make it easy for people to share their intrinsic values (based on their temperament) with each other helping them Communicate and know how to show respect for each other in a meaningful way. Although it is quick, it is incredibly accurate. And, utilizing a color metaphor, it is easy for people to remember their own and others' values, giving you a 'language' for a respectful culture. The curriculum includes a series of workshops that reinforce the insight that people gain from the assessment. We can conduct workshops online or at your location. We also offer a robust train-the-trainer program.
