Founded in 1998, It Works Learning Center, Inc. (It Works) is a licensed private career school serving Maryland. For over 20 years, It Works has trained and placed thousands of graduates throughout Marylandโ€™s healthcare community. It Works has enjoyed lengthy partnerships with many of the area's leading hospitals, long-term care/skilled nursing homes, assisted living communities, and home healthcare agencies in Maryland. High graduation and job placement rates have attracted grants from a variety of agencies and organizations. It Works is licensed by and in good standing with the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) and the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON). It Works also an approved Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) training provider.
