J&C Consulting Services, design + visual, planning in creative + conceptual to schematic, As built drawings, designing of the master planning for T.I facades, capital projects: transportation, urban, mix-use, Medical Office Buildings (“MOB”), hospitals, retail, sports venues and educational buildings: universities and K12. • This will include optional or preferred schemes, which has an emphasis and specialization in “Concepts to Build”, hand drawings/sketches, 3D renderings and animation tours. • We’ll maintain “Quality Control” of the Design Concept to Product Consulting support in the architectural plan, exterior, interiors, urban design, and planning both for new and renovated commercial projects
