Neal & Associates Div., was incorporated as John R. Neal & Associates, Inc., in 1981 by John R. Neal, Sr. He was joined a few months later by his son, John R. Neal, Jr., our current Vice President. They quickly established themselves as an important supplier to the mechanical side of new construction in North Texas. Beginning primarily as a Manufacturers’ Representative organization, we have grown to become a very sizable stocking distributor for many manufacturers.
