Analyze labor market trends of occupations at all skill and exertional levels locally and nationally including the availability of jobs and develop knowledge of workforce numbers. Maintain a working knowledge of the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (D.O.T.) and sister publications and professional knowledge of worker requirements including exertional and nonexertional demands, GED, SVP, aptitude and temperament levels and workforce numbers in the national and regional labor economies. Serve as an impartial vocational expert in Social Security Disability hearings and respond to hypothetical questions from the ALJs and attorneys.
