Our directors bring more than 40 yrs combined experience in the general construction business. Frank Nieves has a bachelors degree in civil engineering and comes from a family of contractors. Frank has been involved as PM in federal contracts for over 20 yrs. Frank brings over 20 yrs experience in industrial and housing construction. Jaime Picorelli is a P.E. with more than 20 yrs of experience in geotechnical construction. Jaime is also a State of FL license general contractor and he also has the NASCLA.
