JW is a full-service IT Solution Provider assisting schools and private organizations with strategic and innovative IT-related projects. We take the time to learn about our clients to develop, implement, and monitor the projects to which we are contracted. Some of our Services include technology deployment, strategic assessments, solution design, and implementations. Our Managed IT Service Desk services are customized to meet the specific needs of a school or organization. We provide Staff Augmentation Services with specialized resources for contracts with candidates equipped with the educational background and experience required to execute entry, mid, and high-level IT resources. JW's Managed Infrastructure and Operations programs include a wide range of customized services for each client. Some of these programs include device management, deployment management, on-site technical support, remote support, data management, cloud services, and infrastructure monitoring.
