Kawolyx partners with organizations to improve performance and engagement, build capacity, develop talent and adapt to change. We do it by using a human-centered approach to analysis, design, and development to produce learning solutions and communications that meet your learnersโ needs. Application of adult learning theory and learning design principles ensures we optimize the learning to change behavior and to help learners do their jobs better. Over 17 years, weโve designed and developed interactive solutions of various sizes for nearly every modality in a broad range of industries. We were early adopters (c. 2006) of virtual instructor-led training, and have facilitated both training and design workshops virtually and in-person. We specialize in human-centered learning experience design, virtual and blended experiences, training facilitation, elearning, curriculum, onboarding, learning content design and development, and capacity building for learning teams.
