KC Associates, LLC, entered the workforce development consulting arena focusing on working with employers to help find ways to develop solutions to workforce development challenges, such as job-readiness, recruitment, selection, assessment, and job analysis, often collaborating with local and state workforce boards, staff, and program operators. In early 2018, we partnered with WIN Learning to offer job analysis, at no cost to employers, so job seekers were better prepared to enter the workforce through the state workforce system. KC Associates, LLC, is working with WIN Learning to implement the Ready to Work Assessments (Applied Math, Locating Information, and Reading for Information) and the Essential Soft Skills Assessments that are the foundation of the Career Readiness Credential.
