KOMAN Construction, LLC is an ANC general contractor dedicated to safely building quality projects while consistently satisfying client expectations. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Natives of Kodiak, Inc. (NOK) an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) and together with our sister subsidiaries, we provide a wide range of services, making KOMAN a 'one-stop shop.' Our internal PMO training division supports staff development in every thing from USACE processes, three-phase quality control, RMS, and scheduling as well as a multitude of additional critical training needs. Our experienced team adheres to federal contract responsibilities, including certified payroll, contract reporting, and data security practices and policies. Doing things right the first time is our duty. Understanding end-user needs on each project and tailoring our existing quality control program ensures one-time delivery of a quality project.
