Lazar Holbrook and Associates is a woman-owned small business which provides: -Targeted workshops for management, professional and support staff; -Tailored sessions to introduce policies/procedures; -Customized retreats to address critical issues; and -Facilitated sessions designed to encourage full participation. We develop collaborative partnerships with clients to learn about the agencyโs mission, vision, and culture. Our interactive training programs (on-site or via webinar) cover issues including: leadership strategies; management techniques; professional development; and communication. LHA also provides facilitated retreats dealing with: transitioning to new leadership; navigating communication styles; addressing team challenges; and identifying opportunities during transitions. We often use assessments such as the MBTIยฎ and the TKCMI.The aim is that all voices are heard in a safe space; outcomes are achieved; and a plan is in place to move forward constructively.
