LEAD Training, LLC is an ISBEE, 8(a), EDWOSB, HUBZone established in 2016 and bringing more than 25 years of experience in training, instructional design, instructor certification, and executive leadership development. Key personnel at LEAD Training are seasoned Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) developing full-scale courseware using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate) model and Systems Approach to Training (SAT). Our customized services include training needs analysis; instructor-led, online, and blended course development; and existing course revision/maintenance. We offer a comprehensive instructor training, development, and evaluation program, including coaching sessions. LEAD Training, LLC can also assist clients with developing and implementing a community of practice to capture lessons learned and create a unique knowledge repository for their organization.
