Provide labor, equipment, supplies, facilities, materials, supervision, and other and non-personal services necessary to perform support. The Rivanna Station Facilities Maintenance Services contract (RSFMS) provides logistical and facilities staff support services for work which is non-governmental in nature and which exceeds the agencies’ present organic resources. The main site is the Rivanna Station complex located in a semi-rural area ten miles north of Charlottesville, Virginia. This site has a land footprint of approximately 75 secured acres and consists of three primary facilities: the NGIC Nicholson Building (258K SF), a leased warehouse (26K SF-located eight miles from the station), and a leased secure office space (60K SF-located on the station’s boundary line). The population of the station at all locations will consist of military, government civilians, Contractors, and foreign national mission partners.
