M. Patterson Services is a WOSB/WBE/SBA General Contractor established in 2017. MPI's expertise are in both general contracting and construction management with self-performance capability in mechanical construction, new construction, site work, GSA Projects, tenant refit and renovations, including all MEP trades. We work with numerous industries internationally, regionally, and locally, performing projects ranging in size from thousands of dollars up to several million dollars.
