Maintain project costs, invoices and budgets to keep multiple projects on-time and within budget. Project management of 15-year onsite support for 10 + million-dollar multiple plant improvement. Provide project communication reports and project status throughout the project timeline. Pursue strategic staff resources needed for successful implementation and coordinate engineers, electricians and analysts to complete the assigned tasks. Site supervision and programming for projects involving the creation of fully automated control systems. Prepare and complete backup operator field training and manuals. Design for automation, network and data acquisition. Programming of manual and automatic machine functions for monitoring data.
