Since 1984 our cut and sew factory has been providing design, material/ hardware sourcing, pattern creation, bias production, fabric spreading/cutting, sewing, screen printing, vinyl heat pressing, grommet/snap installation, bar tacking, private label packaging, and domestic and international shipping services. Decades of experience with sourcing standard and unusual fabrics including: Berry-compliant synthetic/canvas, heavy-duty canvas, nylon, polyester, silk, felt, fleece, vinyl, and specialty fabric, as well as standard and specialty hardware, plastics, foam, and more. We work directly with public agencies, aviation, medical, hunting, outdoors, wellness, promotional, private label, uniform, retail, and online customers producing medical/aviation grade sewn goods tote bags, duffel bags, hunting accessories, mesh bags, vests, aprons, custom covers, school uniforms, fashion accessories, instrument cases, pillow cases, and a variety of other soft goods from 25 to 25,000 units.
